SALES POLICIES - Please read our policies BEFORE calling to reserve a goat/mini horse.
Our aim is for each of our customers to be very happy with the goats that they purchase from us and get many years of enjoyment out of them.
If you want to reserve a spring goat kid or foal mini horse we require a $50.00-$100.00 deposit to hold the goat kid and a $100.00-$300.00 deposit to hold the foal mini horse of your choice. The deposit is non-refundable if you back out or change your mind. The remainder of the sales price is due the day you pick your animal up. You must pick up your reserved animal within 7 days of weaning (8 weeks of age for goats,16 weeks of age for mini horse), or be subject to a boarding fee of $10/week for a goat or $20/week for mini horse. If you still have not picked up the animal within 30 days of weining, you will forfeit your deposit and the animal will be sold to the next customer on the waiting list. We will notify you at least 7 days in advance of the weaning date so that you have plenty of time (up to 14 days) to arrange transportation and prepare the animals area at home.
We Guarentee the health of our animals at time of pick up. This does not include a height guarantee. We reserve the right to cancel any sale(s) of an animal(s) if we deem neccesary for the well being of that animal. In the event we do cancel the sale of an animal(s) for any reason, we will refund any monies paid in up to the original deposit, as deposits are non refundable. By sending a deposit buyer agrees to be bound by terms of sale. All of our kids are healthy when they leave the farm and we will not be held responsible for loss of an animal due to shipping stress or illness contracted after they leave our care.
Please educate yourself on the care, feeding, and management of your animal well in advance before bringing it home. We will be more than happy to answer questions you have about animal care and to provide advice and guidance anytime you need it. If we don’t know the answer, we can connect you with resources that will. We are always there to provide support to our customers.
A kid goat/foal mini horse kept alone with out another of its kind is subject to great stress and will likely be unhappy and/or unthrifty. We highly recommend that you have at least 2 of the type of animal you are buying to avoid stress on your new animal. If you do not wish to reserve an animal in advance, you can always call us and see if we have anything available for sale.
